RIP Tarik S. Pierce

On July 6th 2023, a fellow brother named Tarik S. Pierce died unexpectedly at his Columbia Heights home in Washington, DC. He was only 45 years old.

I’m getting a lot of search traffic for his name even though I’m a different guy. The weird thing is I was born in Washington, DC and Tarik moved to DC after graduating from Clemson University in South Carolina.

I never met Tarik but knew we were both Black American and shared the same name.

My full name is Tarik Jackson Pierce and I attended Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire.

I currently live in SE Asia with my partner and 2 small children.

It’s sad what happened to Tarik and I hope they find out his true cause of death just in case he was murdered.

The problem is most DC murders go unsolved and nobody knows exactly why he passed away.

RIP Tarik Pierce and may God take care of you in the afterlife.
